Bank and Equiteq as sell-side advisors

Subsequent to the transaction, a new non-executive Chairman, CFO and COO were
appointed to support Logan and the growth of the business
In September 2019, Dartmouth also completed its first acquisition, of Pure
Search, taking its presence into Tax and expanding the group's geographic footprint into Asia and the US
